Salary: Up to $2,100 depending on your experience + Flexi Benefits + Staff Discount + Attendance Allowance

Working Hours: 5 days/week, rotating shift

  • Morning Shift- 9am to 6.30pm, 11am to 8.30pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 11.30am to 9.30pm, 12.30pm to 10.30pm
  • Animation Shift- one or twice a month from late afternoon to midnight (Transportation provided)

Join the team as a Beauty Advisor and create exceptional customer experiences by sharing beauty knowledge, supporting the loyalty programme, and driving sales across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care categories.

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers through personalized beauty consultations and excellent service.
  • Advocate for the Beauty Pass loyalty programme to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Introduce and guide customers on the eCommerce platform to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Understand customers' needs to recommend and sell products, achieving sales targets.
  • Assist with product testing and perform basic beauty services across categories.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store by keeping shelves tidy, stocked, and products in sellable condition.
  • Participate in inventory control to minimize loss and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
  • Operate cashier functions professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about customer service and engaging with people.
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends and products.
  • Prior experience in retail or service industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortable with computer/store systems.
  • Resilient and adaptable to dynamic store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work shifts in accordance with mall retail hours.
