职位职责 Responsibilities

为顾客提供个性化美妆咨询与服务:分析需求,推荐护肤品、彩妆及香氛,协助试用演示

Deliver personalized beauty consultations—assess needs, recommend skincare, makeup & fragrance, assist in product trials

达成销售目标,提升品牌曝光与顾客忠诚度

Achieve sales targets while enhancing brand visibility and customer loyalty

高标准维护柜台形象:保持货品整洁、测试样品补充及时、货架摆放美观

Maintain counter standards—ensure cleanliness, timely replenishment of testers, visually appealing displays

建立并维护客户档案:做好跟进服务,培养回购与忠诚度

Build and manage client profiles—provide follow-ups to nurture repurchase and loyalty

灵活配合排班,包括周末与假日,根据商场需调整上班时间

Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, per mall requirements

职位要求 Requirements

女性优先,本地新加坡人优先;

Female preferred, Singaporean preferred; Permanent Resident with several years in Singapore are also welcome

必须具备:美妆相关从业经验(如彩妆、护肤、香氛销售或顾问经验)

Required: professional experience in beauty industry (e.g. makeup, skincare, fragrance)

中英双语流利,能够与多元背景客户有效沟通

Fluent in English and Chinese—able to communicate effectively with diverse clientele

具备亲和服务理念,良好的沟通技巧与团队协作精神

Customer-oriented, with strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

外貌得体、形象亲和、具备较强抗压能力

Well-groomed, personable, with ability to stay composed during peak hours

薪资与福利 Compensation & Benefits

月薪最低 SGD 3,000 起(具体视经验与绩效而定)

Starting from SGD 3,000/month (exact figure commensurate with experience & performance)
