What You'll Do

Customer Experience

  • Build strong relationships and provide exceptional service to every customer
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and haircare
  • Introduce customers to our loyalty program and online store to enhance their shopping experience
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets

Beauty Excellence

  • Demonstrate and assist customers with product testing and application
  • Provide basic beauty services and personalized recommendations

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and stock levels
  • Support inventory control and adhere to sampling and hygiene policies
  • Operate cashier functions accurately and efficiently

  • Passionate about beauty and customer service
  • Knowledgeable about the latest beauty trends and products
  • Prior experience in retail or service industry preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
