Full Time Accounts and Admin Executive
Probation Period: 3 months
5-Days Work Week
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: one-north

Responsibilities:
Accounting System Setup:
· Lead the implementation and setup of a new accounting software (Info-Tech System) and establish proper accounting SOP workflows.
Full Set Accounting:
· Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and fixed asset management.
· Verify supplier invoices and employee expense claims; process payments accurately and on time.
· Prepare and issue customer invoices; follow up on collections to ensure timely payment.
· Generate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
· Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
· Assist with annual audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
· Support the implementation of internal financial policies and procedures.
Payroll & HR Support:
· Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
Liaison & Compliance:
· Coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary on financial and compliance matters.
Administration & Office Management:
· Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
· Manage documentation, filing systems, and office record-keeping.
· Track and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
· Prepare tax invoices, payment instructions (TT/Bank Transfer), and other business support documents as needed.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
· Provide additional administrative or accounting support as reasonably assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
· Good attitude, Team player
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience handling full set accounts.
- Familiarity with accounting software (experience with Info-Tech preferred) or willingness to set up and learn new systems.
- Knowledge of GST submission and statutory compliance requirements in Singapore.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Candidates who're able to converse in both English & Mandarin preferred, need to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
