West Region, Singapore Private Advertiser Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

*Assist the General Manager in the daily operations, monitoring and compiling the progress report for all the projects and departments on a weekly basis

*Provide admin support to the General Manager and the Project team

*Prepare and co-ordinate presentation /meetings with internal and external parties

*Prepare, submit, filing and follow-up of all daily operations of all documents

*Assist with the preparation, assembly and distribution of reports

*Handle and follow-up on maintenance work and progress

*To coordinate progress meetings between contractors and our internal department

*To gather operational plans, analyze any issue and alert to the management 

*To do audit checks on various department including QAQC, health and safety and service standards

*To coordinate and resolve any issue between inter-departments such as Project Management, Building Management and Club House Management.

*Co-ordinate, attend and take minutes of meeting

*Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager

Job Requirements:

*Diploma in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Real Estate/Building Management or other relevant qualifications

*Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in the Construction/Property/Building management or related industry

*Sense of responsibility and initiative at work

*Good interpersonal and communication skills

*Ability to work independently as well as in a team

*Able to handle work pressure and work well with all parties

*Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

*6 days work week (Base overseas in PNH)
