To assist the Manager and Executive in supervising the full-time and part-time clinic assistants, and assist in managing the clinic operations, on a day-to-day basis to ensure the smooth running of core duties and operation readiness of the clinic

  • Work with the Clinic Executive and ensure efficient scheduling of monthly staff and doctor roster.
  • Look for emergency cover in the event the staff is on urgent leave.
  • Follow up on patients' complex cases for a patient liaison to ensure patient requests are attended to in timely order.
  • Assist in handling difficult customers, problem-solving cases, and credit control regularly and report to the Executive/Manager.
  • Ensuring accurate submission of daily sales payments.
  • Assist in liaising with external companies (lab and imaging centre)
  • Responsible for staff month-end invoice tallying.
  • Handling inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the clinic facilities.
  • Feedback on staff performance and development milestones regularly.
  • Train new staff on work processes and new initiatives
  • Perform the duties as a clinic nurse when rostered or stand-in.
  • Any other duties assigned by the doctors and clinic manager from time to time.
  • Attend work group meetings

Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant disciplines (healthcare) with a minimum 2 years of clinic operation experience
  • Prior experience as a clinic assistant/nurse is welcome
  • Experience in operations/administration in the healthcare sector will be an advantage
  • Possess strong people management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Self-driven and able to work as a team player.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access)
  • Able to work staggered hours (evening shift) /weekends/PH;
