The Gen-X Program is designed to transform high-potential MBA/phD  talent into the leaders of tomorrow with a cross-functional mindset, strategic business acumen, and innovation-driven leadership.

Who are we looking for?

1. Ph.D. or MBA with Master's degree/ in Life science (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, etc.)
2. Possess a solid research background in gene synthesis, protein expression, and related molecular biology techniques, with hands-on experience in designing and executing experimental workflows.
3. Demonstrate a strong willingness to grow and excel in cross-functional areas, including research & development, production operations, project management, and business development.
4. have a passion for Life Science. have a strategic mindset and possess exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. have the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment, and take the initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.
