Who Are We Looking For?Ph.D. or MBA with a Master's degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, etc.). A solid research background in gene synthesis, protein expression, and related molecular biology techniques, with hands‐on experience in experimental workflow design. A strong willingness to grow across cross‐functional areas, including research & development, production operations, project management, and business development. A passion for life sciences, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
