Skills and experiences
- Knowledge on architecting and orchestrating LLMs, fine tuning strategies, LLM performance enhancement approaches, LLM accuracy improvement experience
- Experience in LLMOps and productionalizing Gen AI implementations, open source LLM understanding (LLAMA2), Mistral Hands on in libraries such as Langchain, llamaindex
- Knowledge on NVIDIA triton and model parameter fine tuning
- Python familiarity is a must
- Knowledge of neural networks and transformers.
- Confident communicator who is able to explain technical terms to non-technical audiences and mentor junior colleagues

What you'll do
- Program leadership including delivery team leadership and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
- Advise on optimal cloud technologies relevant for developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Industrialise solutions, scaling and securing them to ensure they are enterprise grade from a security, governance, performance and management perspective.
