We are looking for a HR Officer to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, meticulous and enjoy supporting recruitment and HR activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interview arrangements with job applicants via phone and email
- Assist with administering written assessments
- Data entry and maintenance of recruitment records
- E-filing and preparation of documents for interviews
General HR & Administrative Support
- Filing and shredding of confidential documents
- Provide logistical support for HR events and activities
- Assist with other ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the team
Requirements
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Meticulous, organised and able to handle high volumes of applications
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Prior experience in administration, customer service or event support is an advantage
