As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our property portfolio and strengthen our provider network.

Position Overview

The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in driving the expansion of 's property listings. This role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and managing partnerships with property providers—including landlords, real estate agents, and property management companies. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building strong relationships that translate into long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential property providers to list their properties on
  • Present and promote the benefits of partnering with to secure new listings.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing property providers to ensure high satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and new markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new properties.
  • Pass on property knowledge to sales guys located worldwide.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, pipeline activities, and business development outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives to increase property supply on the platform.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in student housing or real estate is required.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset given the global scope of ).
  • Study abroad background is a plus.
