- Manage existing client accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate additional revenue within assigned accounts and hunt for new clients when needed.
- Understand buyer needs, prepare proposals, and close sales confidently with strong commercial acumen.
- Strengthen customer relationships and improve retention through CRM and feedback insights.
- Track market demand, competitors, and emerging F&B industry trends to stay ahead.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including training, performance evaluation, and recruitment.
- Oversee departmental budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Review and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and results.
- Min. Nitec / Diploma holder.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG / Food Product industry.
- Strong exposure to wholesale trade within HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) — restaurant-focused experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing and selling a wide range of SKUs (seafood, Japanese products, fresh produce, dry goods, etc.).
- Familiar with CRM systems for customer management and sales tracking.
- Updated understanding of F&B industry trends, market shifts, and buyer expectations.
