Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pre-admission process by ensuring all required forms and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new residents, introducing them to facility guidelines, services, and resources.
  • Provide pre-admission counselling to residents and families, explaining fees, services, and living arrangements.
  • Address residents' feedback, complaints, and concerns with empathy, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with healthcare and administrative teams to support residents' needs and ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Experience in customer service is a must.
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
