About the role

Join the friendly team at Shangri-Paw Pte. Ltd. as a Cat Concierge. In this part time / freelance position, you will provide excellent care and companionship to our feline guests at our luxury cat hotel. Your role will be to ensure our guests have a purrfect stay with us.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome cats and their owners upon check-in
2. Assist with settling cats into their suites and ensure they have everything they need
3. Provide attentive care and play time for our guests throughout their stay
4. Administer any medications or special dietary requirements as needed
5. Keep detailed records of each cat's stay and provide regular updates to owners
6. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the cat suites and communal (human) areas
7. Provide maintenance grooming such as brushing, nail trims and ear cleaning
8. Depending on ability: create social media content such as reels for Instagram/FB/TikTok

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working with cats, either in a boarding facility, veterinary clinic or similar pet-related environment
2. Strong animal handling skills and the ability to remain calm and patient when working with cats (we emphasise on a fear free approach)
3. Excellent communication skills to liaise with cat owners and provide exceptional customer service
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of animal welfare and care
