The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading government healthcare agency, to hire a Manager (Digital Health Projects).
  • This role will start off as a 12-month contractual assignment under Adecco's payroll.
The Talent
  • Strong project management skills with healthcare or public sector experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related disciplines)
  • Good interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple complex workstreams
  • Familiarity with digital health, patient engagement initiatives, or policy development will be an advantage
Job Description
  • Provide project support to ensure thorough execution and timely delivery of a digital nudging framework for public healthcare, aimed at improving patient engagement and health outcomes
  • Support envisioning and stakeholder consensus-building efforts to ensure the framework is ambitious, sustainable, and widely supported
  • Contribute to the development of policies, schemes, standards, and guidelines related to digital health initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project timelines, deliverables, and action items
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
