Roles & Responsibilities
**IN BRIEF**
- You will lead the Medical team in population health and contribute to the development and realisation of EVYD’s organisational vision, strategies.
**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Set directions/roadmap and workplan for team including specific deliverables to support various initiatives and projects within the department.
- Ensure that there is clinical excellence and rigor in the products delivered by the department, provide proper documentation and set processes for the outcome delivery.
- Arrange and justify medical team’s manpower and workload to ensure efficiency and reduce implementation cost.
- Timely reporting to Head of Program on department related activities.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the clinical team alongside Head of Program, provide leadership to the clinical team in population health for all scientific/commercial related endeavors.
- Working closely with various internal teams to formulate value propositions and product positioning to drive growth and investment.
- Develop and grow the digital clinical business that helps our customers stay healthy and recover quickly.
- Commercialize the digital population health strategy (e.g. qualifying opportunities, closing of deals with key partners).
- Responsible to measure product ROI through detailed KPIs. Ensure the achievement of P&L KPI are on track to meet business goals.
- Develop work systems and processes to drive productivity, constantly and regularly review on procedures and lead on the development in line with best practices and scientific rigor.
- Lead and drive end to end research related activities including conceptualization and publication. Engage team to create strategies & actions plan to drive initiative from ideation to delivery.
- Monitor and analyze upcoming trends in digital healthcare industry & competitor landscape locally and globally, to identify potential product opportunities which will create new market needs, and report to the management on findings. Represent EVYD in relevant conferences and where possible present the work of the organisation.
- Build and explore/initiate collaborative working relationships with the medical and healthcare stakeholders and professionals to advance EVYD’s positioning in the industry.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Medicine, Post Graduate Qualifications in Research, Public Health, Healthcare informatics, MBA or any related field
- Clinical research experience with good track record of scientific publication in clinical research
- More than 10 years of working experience and at least 5 years in a healthcare technology role, and at least 5 years of leading teams of more than 5 people
- Open to travel up to 30% of the time
- Experience in healthtech product R&D and the product/project lifecycle will be a plus
- Self-starter with a good sense of judgment and structured thinking, and ability to thrive in ambiguity & adapt to change quickly
