About the Job

·       BPR supports Corporate Planning by enabling data-driven decisions and efficient operations.

·       Focused on streamlining workflows and implementing systems that deliver timely, accurate insights.

·       Aims to enhance team productivity and optimize business processes.

·       The role involves leading continuous improvement of backend systems to drive efficiency and growth.

·       Lead the BPR team in developing and improving backend systems.

·       Review existing processes to identify and implement enhancements.

·       Design efficient and user-friendly workflows that meet business needs.

·       Work with different departments to deliver solutions that boost productivity and accuracy.

·       Keep up with new technologies and best practices in process improvement.

Requirements:

· years' experience in business process or systems management with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

·       Strong understanding of finance, sales, and budgeting systems.

·       Skilled in programming (Java, VBA, VB, C/C#, .NET, JavaScript) and full software development lifecycle.

·       Able to align business needs with technical solutions through close collaboration with IT and stakeholders.

·       Experienced in mentoring teams and managing multiple projects effectively.
