
Associate/Analyst - Facility Management

- Overall office facility management including daily site walk (twice a day)
- Pigeonhole control (IN/OUT)
- Copier Paper - Stock check, Order & Payment
- Onsite Shredding Coordination and billing
- Office Maintenance Contract (Cleaning)
- Key Control (General Cabinets & Fireproof)
- BCP supplies stock check
- Monthly First Aid Kit, AED, checks and Replenishment & maintenance
- Annual DRP rehearsal, building fire drill exercise & Evacuation route plan
- KRI Update: daily headcount of OAS
- Events Management
- Support BCP Drill Plan & Report
- Support Mail room operation & management including Autofolding, reconciliation of billings, Flowlites approval, Messenger control & supervision, KRI updates, reconciliation of courier billings)
- Support Warehouse storage and all related processes
- Support Office Asset Maintenance
- Support Office Equipment Maintenance
- Support office renovation coordination
- Support office Security related and PCSC administration (Resignation, Activation and Deactivation)
- Support Control and maintenance of office equipment (i.e. Secom, CCTV, UPS etc)
- PCSC Administration (attendance report, access card report, UserID Maintenance/Uniflow/Facial Recognition – required by HR)
- Support Invoicing for Facility & Courier
- Any other office administration duties which may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Facilities Management or relevant related discipline from a recognized tertiary institute
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Highly motivated, meticulous and will to be cross trained in various aspects of facilities
- Team player with good communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of people
- Willing to work on weekends (if necessary)
