Job Details:

• Location: Ubi

• Salary: Up to $3500

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Manage the Master Schedule and Equipment Control Database to ensure all equipment activities adhere to established SOPs.

• Schedule, supervise, and coordinate all periodic maintenance and calibration for equipment and critical utilities, whether performed in-house or by external vendors.

• Oversee all facility maintenance activities, managing relationships and contracts with external vendors to meet site needs.

• Manage the installation, operation, repair, and adjustment of all site equipment and facility systems (e.g., HVAC, boilers, air compressors).

• Administer all external contractor services, including managing quotations, risk assessments, method statements, and work permits.

• Conduct periodic reviews and harmonization of SOPs for equipment systems to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Maintain all records and documentation in compliance with good documentation practices, data integrity principles, and relevant quality standards (e.g., cGMP, ISO/IEC 17025, PIC/S).

Requirements:

• Maintains confidentiality of all Client information according to internal SOPs, Quality Service Agreements, and regulatory requirements.

• Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures, including Code of Ethics and to Health and Safety requirements.

• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

• Possesses at minimum, a degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or any related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in an ISO17025 / GLP / GMP environment is preferred.

• Understanding of IT is expected, related to installation of software, interface of hardware and software and basic administrative controls of Windows (Such as adding user groups) is preferred.

• Understand concepts and rationale, and execute System Commissioning, Qualification and Validation for systems as per requirements stated in ISPE GAMP 5 and USP document is preferential.
