Job Scope:
- Manage the full recruitment process including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding.
- Maintain and improve HR systems to meet statutory requirements.
- Support managers with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Manage employee records, filing, and data compliance.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts and letters.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Submit statutory contributions and reports (CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.).
- Handle any other HR tasks as required by the company or statutory needs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Min 2 – 4 years of experience as HR Executive in handling of in recruitment, payroll, and employee administration
- Understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Good in organization skill and manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
