Job Scope:

  • Provide administrative support to the project team and act as the main communication link between the Head Office and the site.
  • Work closely with the project management team on HR and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with dormitory executives on all dormitory-related issues.
  • Manage daily communication between the office and site teams.
  • Manage worker check-in/out and maintain accurate dormitory records.
  • Assist with onboarding documents, induction, clearance, and equipment return
  • Track and monitor training course schedules for site staff and workers.
  • Assist with the submission of new service contracts to the HR department.
  • Update worker and project data and maintain organized documentation.
  • Prepare and support attendance reporting for clients, HR, and the payroll team.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by your supervisor as required.

Job Requirements:

  • N/O Level or Diploma with experience in site administration or document control preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office with basic data entry skills
  • Comfortable working in site environments and adaptable to changing conditions.
  • Good communication skills and able to work effectively with a diverse team
