Summary:

  • Basic salary up to $4000
  • 5-day work week
  • East / site-dependent locations
  • Exposure to IT strategy, operations, and digital transformation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for laptops, computers, and network devices
  • Manage IT assets, procurement, and onboarding/offboarding of equipment
  • Support IT projects, digital initiatives, and system integration activities
  • Assist in IT governance, audits, and cybersecurity awareness programs
  • Contribute to business process improvement, performance monitoring, and dashboard/report preparation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for IT operations and project delivery

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT operations, digital projects, or business process support
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, process improvement tools, and Agile practices
