With a strong commitment to service excellence, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee showroom operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Attend to customers and deliver professional product consultations.
  • Introduce, recommend, and upsell furniture and bedding solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present sales reports to management.
  • Maintain and uphold showroom standards, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and appealing displays.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels in collaboration with the purchasing team to ensure product availability.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to sales staff.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in furniture, home décor, or retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
