Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in the West Region, Singapore. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Additionally, the role includes conducting regular check-ins, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate customer needs and improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Customer Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve customer experiences
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Working knowledge of cleaning and remediation practices is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills
