The Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales is a senior sales leadership role responsible for the overall revenue growth and achievement of quota based targets. Expanding business in existing markets in which we operate and winning new clients/logos in new untouched markets. You will be accountable for defining the GTM plan in markets across the APAC region. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in enterprise software, cloud technology, and the financial services sector.



What you'll do

  • Regional Strategy: Define, implement, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region.
  • Target Management: Directly manage a portfolio of high-value, complex enterprise accounts and guide the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure.
  • Pipeline Generation: Drive the creation of robust sales pipelines by collaborating closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and Partners to execute targeted campaigns and events tailored for APAC 
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts, maintaining integrity and transparency in the sales pipeline and CRM system.
  • Ecosystem Development: Identify and develop key strategic partnerships (System Integrators, consulting firms, technology providers) critical for success in local markets
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a local market expert, staying ahead of trends in cloud adoption, fintech, and digital banking to inform Mambu's product and GTM (go-to-market) strategies.


What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience (SaaS preferred), with at least 5+ years focused on the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding a multi-million-dollar sales quota and closing complex deals with banks, financial institutions, or large enterprises.
  • Deep domain knowledge of the financial services industry, including core banking systems, lending, deposits, and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional understanding of cloud technology and the SaaS model—ability to articulate Mambu's platform architecture and value proposition clearly.
