Sales Distribution Senior Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Distribution Senior Manager / Director to join our team in our sales distribution business in Southeast Asia countries. You will be responsible for leading the sales team to enter new markets, achieve rapid growth in the existing markets, oversee and manage our sales distribution channels, and ensure efficient operations
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize the sales distribution network in the FMCG industry.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, distributors, and channel partners to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to drive sales growth and maximize market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales distribution team.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports, including forecasts, budgets, and market analysis, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and consistency across the sales distribution network.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG sector to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, supply chain, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely delivery to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- **5 - 12 years of working experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.**:
- **80% of the time needs to travel to other countries in Southeast Asia.**:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales distribution strategies, channel management, and retail operations within the FMCG sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in using sales analysis tools, and teaching the teams to do so
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, and distributors, and attend industry events
- Passionate about Southeast Asia markets, and eager to create things from scratch
**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
