Role Overview

Seeking a high-impact Head of E-Commerce to lead digital strategy and execution for H&M and COS in Thailand and Indonesia. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, competitive markets, understands the latest innovations in e- commerce, AI, and digital marketing, and knows how to drive both top-line growth and profitability.

This role requires a strategic leader with seasoned operational experience who can navigate complex omnichannel ecosystems, balance brand integrity with innovation, and continuously evolve digital strategies & operations based on real-time market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Market Leadership

  • Develop and execute a data-driven e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Optimise pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Benchmark against leading local fast fashion retailers and implement strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Use AI-driven automation and analytics to enhance efficiency, personalisation, and decision-making.
  • Balance brand alignment with innovation, ensuring that new strategies respect global brand guidelines while pushing the business forward.

2. Performance Marketing & Digital Innovation

  • Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM strategies to accelerate traffic and conversion.
  • Implement AI and predictive analytics for smarter customer targeting and marketing optimisation.
  • Oversee website UX, digital merchandising,  and  visual merchandising optimisation to improve engagement and performance.
  • Leverage on performance marketing and CRM resources to accelerate conversion traffic and grow omni-customers.
  • Leverage on digital investments and support from the IT and tech teams

3.  Omnichannel & Customer Experience

  • Align e-commerce with brick-and-mortar retail strategies to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Adapt digital operations for speed, flexibility, and real-time market shifts.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to refine personalisation, loyalty programs, and customer insights.
  • Deeply understand consumer behaviour and adapt strategies to ensure relevance in highly competitive markets.

4.  Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team with a focus on agility and results.
  • Work closely with marketing, IT, supply chain, and finance to ensure an integrated digital strategy.
  • Operate effectively within a family office structure, balancing entrepreneurial agility with strategic alignment.
  • Measure success with clear KPIs, including revenue growth, margin optimisation, digital conversion rates, and customer engagement improvements.
