We Are Looking For an experienced M&E Project Manager who can lead, coordinate, and deliver mechanical and electrical works with precision, quality, and safety on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of M&E installation works across multiple sites.
  • Supervise and collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Manage variation works, track changes from clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and report to the Head of Projects/Project Manager.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with specifications, standards, and site inspections.
  • Review, verify, and approve submissions and documentation from subcontractors.
  • Enforce construction procedures, safety practices, and site regulations.
  • Mentor, guide, and support site engineers and M&E team members for optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in managing M&E works within construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, installation standards, and construction codes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with site safety procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Proficient in reviewing technical submissions, drawings, and variation works.
