Job Description

  • Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
  • Liaise with M&E Consultants
  • Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
  • Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
  • Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
  • Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
  • Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
  • Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
  • Project Management and sites supervision works.
  • Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
  • Perform all duties following company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with recognized Degree in relevant field
  • At least 8 years of supervision experience of Electrical work in the construction site for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
  • Tender experience is prefer
  • Candidate must have LTA/ high rise building projects background
