Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry

Responsibilities:

· Liaison with client, Architect, Interior Designer, Structural, M&E consultant & Contractor.

· To produce Mechanical Design and provide M&E technical knowledge support.

· Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of project.

· To monitor the progress and quality of the jobs by conducting routine inspection and walkthrough on site. Ensure quality performance of project.

· Implementations of cost control system

· To attend project meetings and establish business relationship with the clients, consultants and contractors.

· To liaise closely with the project team members on construction activities, i.e. site logistic, liaison with building management and relevant authorities.

· Liaise with the M&E sub Contractor in co-ordination and installation, testing and commissioning

· To highlight any potential problems or difficulties of the project to client or Architect and present mitigation measure.

· To act as immediate contact point for Client, and others relevant parties
