Culina is a leading purveyor of specialist epicurean foods and wines, a choice distributor to hotels, restaurants and cafes in Singapore. Culina runs a Bistro and Gourmet boutique, an Organic retail store SuperNature in Dempsey as well as a chain of butcheries in Major Supermarkets island-wide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform e-filing of invoices.
  • Process customers' and vendors' invoices, payments, and other received documents.
  • Understand key terms in related contracts.
  • Reconcile receipts.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices.
  • Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Compute sales commissions.
  • Analyze and prepare journals to record accruals, prepayments, and other related balance sheet items.
  • Manage, report, and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare sales and other relevant reports.
  • Prepare routine reports on key expenses and stakeholder transactions.
  • Participate in departmental or company-wide activities (e.g., stock-takes, archiving).
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry or position.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
