About the role

Join VIRGO PACIFIC PTE. LTD.' as an Account Executive and play a pivotal role in supporting the Accounting team. This is a full-time position based in the Sungei Kadut North Region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of bookkeeping and small practice accounting tasks, ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
  2. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  3. Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly account reconciliations
  4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  5. Provide support to the Accounting team in ad-hoc projects and tasks
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or small practice accounting
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with Singapore's accounting and tax regulations is preferred
