Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. You will play a key role in managing customer billings, collections, and reporting, ensuring smooth AR operations and timely follow-up on outstanding payments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inter-company billing processes
  • Monitor incoming payments and process customer collections
  • Update cash book entries with received payments
  • Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and resolve billing issues
  • Prepare ageing reports, statements of account, and AR analysis
  • Highlight potential doubtful debts to management
  • Ensure timely month-end AR closing and prepare sales commission worksheets
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Accounting
  • 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Good communication and customer follow-up skills
