Hiring: Accounts Executive
Location: Kovan (North-East region)
Industry: School
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm
Salary range: $3200 to $4500 per month (commensurate with experience)
Job Description:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Closing and preparing for full set accounts
- Regulate all purchases by the company
- Verify invoices and process payment
- Verify and update petty cash reports into the accounting system
- Prepare accounts schedules
- Knowledge in Company tax matters
- Monitor and record payments for agent commissions
- Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives
- To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Department / Management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
