The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work within a leading Retail Industry / leading airhub
  • As part of the Rewards Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role to support the growth and success of the premium loyalty program. This role focuses on driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative partnerships, compelling experiences, and data-driven strategies
  • Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm
  • Location: East
  • 12 months contract - renewable subjected to performance

The Talent

  • Min Degree holder in marketing or equivalent
  • Min 1 year experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement, or CRM.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Innovative, independent and self-driven individual who is a team player and agile to changes.

Job Description

  • Drive membership growth, engagement, and spend through targeted program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute loyalty strategies and enhance member value.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand the loyalty ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute engaging events and experiences that resonate with premium members.
  • Work with creative and digital agencies to develop compelling content and campaigns.
  • Manage digital communications across multiple channels (e.g., eDM, WhatsApp, website, app).
  • Analyse program performance and customer data to generate actionable insights.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
  • Define business requirements for new features/enhancements and support UAT testing.
  • Stay updated on luxury trends, competitor activities, and best practices in CRM and loyalty.
