Role
- Lead all recruitment activities from sourcing, process management and post offer consultative services to talents/ organizations
- Identifying new business opportunities and established relationship with potential clients
- Become an expert in current market/ industry trends and job functions
- Provide professional advice/information to both clients and candidates on the latest market and industries' trends
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline with work experience preferably in the recruitment industry/ sales and business development professional
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experiences preferred
- Experienced recruiter/ candidate will be considered for Senior/Lead role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and adaptable, ability to think outside the box
- People oriented
- Ability to thrive within a high-performance environment
