Job Description

  • Attend to daily new leads through face to face interaction.
  • Track and meet planned sales goals and report results as and when necessary.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the Company's customer base and ensure strong presence.
  • Coordinate with marketing team on lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain fantastic rapport with customers throughout their smile journey.
  • Assist customer payments.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
  • Oversee clinic operations and staff duties.
  • Perform other ad-hoc and general administrative tasks as required by the Management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in face to face sales.
  • Background in beauty industry would be an added advantage.
  • Must be presentable, friendly, outgoing, aggressive and result-driven.
  • Eligible for commissions for every successful case
