Our client is seeking a Building Management Executive to join their team

Are you passionate about building maintenance and property operations? Join a leading facilities management team in Singapore as a Building Management Executive at Interlocal Centre, a premier 8-storey industrial facility in Pasir Panjang. This role offers exciting opportunities for career growth, diverse exposure across multiple asset classes, and the chance to contribute to the smooth operations of a 340,000 square foot facility.

What you'll be doing?
  • Property Operations: Support daily operations and maintenance works across industrial, residential, and commercial properties, ensuring smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction.
  • Tenant Relations: Handle tenant concerns, manage unit handovers/takeovers, and maintain strong relationships to foster a positive community environment.
  • Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and implement safety initiatives to ensure adherence to building regulations and company policies.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing fit-out, reinstatement, and A&A works, gaining valuable experience in property improvement projects.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records, update management systems, and contribute to property performance and financial reporting.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or a related discipline, bringing a strong foundation in property management principles.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, with the ability to apply practical knowledge to diverse property types.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on M&E experience, ability to interpret electrical diagrams, and perform basic electrical works to effectively troubleshoot and manage maintenance issues.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing fit-out, reinstatement, and A&A works, demonstrating skills in coordinating complex property projects.
  • Certification: Fire Safety Manager Certification is preferred to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
