- Sourcing of quotations
- Incoming / out going e-mails, filing of documents, staffs salary, CPF submissions, GST reporting
- Bookkeeping, Purchase invoice, preparing payment, account reconciliation with statements, familiar with MYOB.
- Scheduling of building maintenance contractors and coordination
- Any ad hoc other tasks as required by Management
- Salary is negotiable
