Business Development Executive
to spearhead our growth in the Singapore market. You won't just be selling forklifts; you will be providing the backbone of logistics—helping warehouses, ports, and manufacturing hubs optimize their operations with world-class material handling equipment.
The Mission
As our BDE, you are the face of our brand. You will identify high-growth territories, solve complex logistical challenges for your clients, and dominate the market share. From electric pallet jacks to heavy-duty industrial reach trucks, you will put the right tools in the hands of the people moving to Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Mastery:
Execute a strategic sales plan to hit revenue and market share targets, positioning our fleet as the premier choice in your territory. - Consultative Selling:
Transform leads into long-term partners by preparing precision-tailored quotations and conducting high-impact product demonstrations. - Pipeline Engineering:
Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling and networking, turning "cold" prospects into high-value accounts. - Strategic Tendering:
Lead the charge in high-stakes government and corporate tenders, showcasing our value proposition on a national scale. - Solution Training:
Empower your clients by conducting professional operator and end-user training, ensuring maximum safety and equipment longevity. - CRM Excellence:
Maintain a data-driven approach by managing your sales funnel within our CRM, ensuring no opportunity is left behind.

Requirements
- Educational Background:
Minimum
NITEC certificate
or equivalent. We value technical literacy and the ability to understand mechanical specifications. - Professional Experience:
1 to 3 years
of successful sales or business development experience. If you have sold industrial products before, you'll have a significant head start. - Industry Savvy:
Direct experience in
Logistics or Supply Chain
is a major advantage. We welcome applicants moving from roles such as Logistics Executive or Marketing Executive who are ready to transition into a high-stakes sales career. - Tech-Fluent:
You are comfortable using
CRM systems
and contact management tools to track your wins. - Digital Communication:
Professional proficiency in
email etiquette
and the
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential for preparing winning proposals and reports.
