Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Sales Executive located in Queenstown. The Banquet Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and capturing banquet sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring events are executed successfully. Responsibilities include promoting banquet and event services, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with internal teams for seamless event execution, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including banquet sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Event planning and coordination experience
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and catering/event management systems
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
