The team partners with clients across various industries to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that deliver measurable business value and digital transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using the Laiye RPA platform.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including process analysis, documentation (PDD/SDD), development, UAT, and production handover.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing bots to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all automation solutions follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end RPA projects.
  • Experience with Laiye RPA is a plus, but not mandatory — onboarding and training will be provided.
  • Solid understanding of RPA concepts, design patterns, and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or VB.Net scripting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Laiye RPA Developer Certification will be an advantage.
  • Willing to work fully on-site in Jurong and open to a 1-year contract arrangement.
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
