Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and migration of UiPath Automation Suite in enterprise environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-native applications and databases on AWS, including EKS (Kubernetes), RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), and ElastiCache (Redis/Memcached).
  • Administer and maintain UiPath components such as Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Monitor automation jobs to ensure operational health, and perform root cause analysis for failures and performance issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing RPA workflows to maintain reliability and service levels.
  • Develop and implement minor enhancements and updates to existing bots as part of continuous improvement.
  • Support development, deployment, and maintenance of RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and support enhancements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, issue resolutions, and system changes.
  • Ensure all automation solutions comply with security standards, IAM policies, and best practices.
  • Stay current with new UiPath features and AWS services to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  • Work within a structured production support and ticketing framework to manage incidents and service requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UiPath automation development and support.
  • Proven experience in implementing and migrating UiPath Automation Suite.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS EKS, RDS, and ElastiCache administration.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Good understanding of AWS networking, IAM, security best practices, and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience performing root cause analysis.
  • Experience working within production support environments using ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer) and AWS certifications are a plus.
