Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documentation for sales, compliance, and internal reporting.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant government regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in basic accounting functions, including invoicing and financial record-keeping.
- Submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Create and update presentations, proposals, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks and customer communication.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and organize company records and files.
- Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Familiarity with accounting and reporting software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
