Job Title: Deposits Operations Executive (6-Month Contract)

Location: Changi Business Park

Salary: Up to $6,500 per month

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Deposits Operations Executive to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the heart of banking operations, supporting critical processes and contributing to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Deposits Operations team through a variety of essential tasks:

  • Account & Documentation Management: Process account openings, closings, and handle all related documentation with accuracy.
  • Customer Communications: Manage the issuance of statements and customer advice, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Oversee daily GIRO and FAST transactions, monitoring settlements and ensuring smooth processing.
  • Operational Support: Perform data entry, conduct investigations for discrepancies, and carry out account reconciliations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute clear and concise monthly and ad-hoc operational reports.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in system testing and support initiatives aimed at automating and improving operational processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a banking or financial services back-office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data checks, analysis, and reporting.
  • A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • An effective communicator and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
