Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-launch support
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and mitigate any risks or issues
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Implement and oversee project management processes and best practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software development industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
  • Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
