We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Project Management Office (PMO). As a Project Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level projects across telecom and managed services, including fiber connectivity, SDWAN, firewalls, and Wi-Fi deployments. You'll work closely with the PMO Manager and Project Managers to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects for large enterprise customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in project management, with an added interest in networking and telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, reports, dashboards, and timelines
  • Assist with resource scheduling, task tracking, and issue/risk management
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to monitor implementation activities (network setup, equipment delivery, site readiness, etc.)
  • Contribute to improving PMO templates, documentation standards, and reporting processes
  • Perform data analysis to provide insights into project performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, or similar) is a plus
  • Interest in networking/telecom technologies (LAN, WAN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, SDWAN, etc.) – prior coursework or certifications (e.g., CCNA) is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team
