Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and strengthen the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.
  • Define and manage the brand's positioning and unique value proposition in the competitive home customization landscape.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer insights, trends, and competitor strategies to inform brand strategy.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Oversee offline marketing initiatives, such as partnerships with property developers, participation in home and design fairs, and targeted print or outdoor advertising.
  • Develop a content marketing strategy, including managing the creation of engaging content for blogs, websites, and social media (e.g., project case studies, design tips, video tours).

3. Analytics & Performance Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and regularly report on ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful channels and initiatives.

4. Public Relations & Communications:

  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all communication aligns with the brand's tone and values.
  • Develop relationships with media, key influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and build brand authority.
