What You'll Do:

  • Take charge of full-cycle import and export operations for both air and sea freight — ensuring every shipment arrives safely, on time, and within cost.
  • Handle customs declarations and documentation with precision, ensuring smooth clearance and full compliance with trade and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and couriers to deliver efficient, end-to-end shipment coordination.
  • Anticipate challenges before they arise — solve problems fast and identify smarter, more cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and cost records, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the supply chain, enhance operational flow, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 2 years' hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of global shipping, import/export documentation, and customs procedures.
  • A keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills — you get things done by working well with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF).
  • Driven, dependable, and ready to grow — with opportunities for advancement for those who perform and lead with impact.
