  • Position : Accounts Executive -FULL SETS/PAYROLL
  • Location : Holland Village
  • Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.30am-6.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5700+ AWS + Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full sets of accounts.
  • Prepare payments and staff reimbursements.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
  • Prepare schedules for fixed assets.
  • Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
  • Quarterly GST reporting and filing.
  • Assist with financial and tax audits.
  • Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
  • Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
  • High command of Chinese to liaise with China HQ.
  • Responsible for IRAS company-related matters.
  • Monthly payroll and CPF submission.
  • Prepare overseas pwDirector remuneration and withholding tax matters.
  • Prepare and submit of IR8A.
  • Responsible for MOM-related matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts.
  • Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
